Gain declaration of Venetian supremacy in Adriatic coast up to Durazzo and exemption for merchant taxes in entire Byzantine Empire. This is major factor in future Venetian accumulation of wealth and power as middlemen in silk and spice trade funneled through the Levant and Egypt via the Red Sea.
