Description:

The boat is a terrible place. The men are thrown on the bottom most place on the boat. They are without light for many days, even weeks at a time. This bottom level is the dirtiest and the dirtiest air. They are living in their own filth. Since Amari is a young women she is taken to sailors cabin and forced to do many things she doesn't want to do. She is forced to do many things because she is a slave. Even though Amari isn't free anymore she still believes she will get free. The boat is a terrible place.
