the arrest and punishment of "traitors" in the
Committees of Public Safety and General
Security.
Description:
The Convention first votes to publish the speech, but Billaud-Varenne and Cambon demand names and attack Robespierre. The Convention sends Robespierre's speech to the Committees for further study, without action.
