The Treaty of Neuilly meant that Bulgaria had to give up the Western Thrace (e.g. Greece) which restricted their access to the Aegean Sea and the exchange of population. They also had to give up 2,500km squared of their Western boarder to Yugoslavia, restrict the army to 20,000 men, and surrender the Bulgarian air force and war ships to the Allies or have them destroyed. Finally, they had to pay reparations of 90 million British pounds and provide the Allies with benefits such as cattle and coal.
