Description:
Norvel Twonk, Order of Merlin, First Class, was a wizard, who died saving a Muggle child from a manticore in 1957. Twonk was posthumously awarded the Order of Merlin, First Class.There is a portrait of Twonk hung at Hogwarts Castle.
