Beth aged, 15 is adopted by the Wheatley's, she is "advised" to say that she is actually 13 by Ms. Deardoff, the headmistress of the orphanage.She is still 14 technically since Mrs Wheatley had mentioned how she doesn't have enough money to last them through October.
