Jewish prisoners were forced to evacuate Auschwitz as Soviet troops were fast approaching. These prisoners had to walk 55 kilometers, or 30 miles, barefoot. Starved, hurt, and malnourished, as many as 15,000 people died en route to these other camps.Ajouté au bande de temps:
