Description:
- Germans flew over the Russian line dropping propaganda leaflets- Lenin gained popularity because of his promise for peace
- Provisional Government were too preoccupied with the war to focus on the issues of land. Pesant siezures of land went unnoticed by the government. However, soldiers at the front did notice and began deserting in order to return to Russia and seize land for themselves
