Description:
The de Lome letter was sent by de Lome, the Spanish Ambassador to the US, Do José Canelejas, the Foreign Minister of Spain, and discussed Spanish and US involvement in Cuba. The letter was intercepted by Cuban revolutionaries, and was released to the press.
