Ricky Gervais was also a guest. Whilst The Rum Diary was a topic of conversation Gervais was there to promote his BBC Show which also starred Johnny in an episode. Johnny was cornered into talking about Amber Heard but she was not the focus of the conversation, hence, this entry is Johnny blue, not a ‘together’ purple.
