During the Late Sasanian Turmoil, the Sassanid Shahs' power become more and more weakness, the frontier fallen into lots of revolts and warlords, palace coup often launched by the generals and nobals, and the Shah deposed and changed frequently.Year 780, Bavand nobal and general Sharwin launched a success palace coup against the Wuzurg framadar Vandad Safan, killed Shah Khosrow V whom been put on the throne by Vandad Safan and enthroned the Shah's younger bother, Peroz; and Sharwin then become new Wuzurg framadar.
