Description:
- Khrushchev removed the long range missiles but he did not remove the short range nuclear missiles (as they were not part of the agreement)- Castro was very angry at Khrushchev’s actions
- Missiles were seen to be a danger if they were - Missiles were eventually removed on 22 Nov
