Description:

A document signed by the U.S. and Spanish governments. The U.S. owed $20 Million to Spain as debt from the war. The agreements from this war included; Spain no longer rule over Cuba and the United States received Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines. In the midst of the success of the U.S., they also became a world power.
