Description:
Kelley presiding as chair, as the first item addressed at this meeting was a letter of resignation from C.C. Poindexter.A motion was made by Murray to become a Fraternity and was passed by majority.
Tompkins also resigned at the meeting. It was accepted with regret.
Committee on Organization was also formed on this day, consisting of:
Chapman, Callis, Murray, Morton, E.K. Jones
