On December 5, the HMS Scorpion captured two ships, the Hetty and the Thomas & Stafford at the mouth of Charles Town harbor. The Hetty would be made into a British warship and renamed HMS General Clinton, bringing the British “fleet” in Charles Town Harbor to six vessels.Ajouté au bande de temps:
