Description:

The Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation were part of the judicial reform 2014.

Changes: abolition of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, expansion of the powers of the President of the Russian Federation related to the appointment of prosecutors.

Amendment Law: Law of the Russian Federation on the Amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation dated 5 February 2014 № 2-FKZ «On the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Procurator of the Russian Federation».



Поправки к Конституции 2014 года являлись частью судебной реформы 2014 года.

Изменения: упразднение Высшего арбитражного суда Российской Федерации, расширение полномочий Президента Российской Федерации, связанных с назначением прокуроров.

Закон о поправке к Конституции: Закон Российской Федерации о поправке к Конституции Российской Федерации от 5 февраля 2014 г. № 2-ФКЗ «О Верховном Суде Российской Федерации и прокуратуре Российской Федерации».
