Description:

Changes:
1) increasing the terms of office of the President from 5 to 6 years and the State Duma from 4 to 5 years,
2) obligation of the Government to submit an annual report to the State Duma has been introduced.

Amendment Laws:
1) Law of the Russian Federation on the Amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation dated 30 December 2008 № 6-FKZ «On changing the term of office of the President of the Russian Federation and the State Duma»,
2) Law of the Russian Federation on the Amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation dated 30 December 2008 № 7-FKZ «On the control powers of the State Duma in relation to the Government of the Russian Federation».



Изменения:
1) увеличение сроков полномочий Президента с 5 до 6 лет и Государственной Думы с 4 до 5 лет,
2) обязание Правительства предоставлять ежегодный отчёт Государственной Думе.

Законы о поправках к Конституции:
1) Закон Российской Федерации о поправке к Конституции Российской Федерации от 30 декабря 2008 года № 6-ФКЗ «Об изменении срока полномочий Президента Российской Федерации и Государственной Думы»,
2) Закон Российской Федерации о поправке к Конституции Российской Федерации от 30 декабря 2008 года № 7-ФКЗ «О контрольных полномочиях Государственной Думы в отношении Правительства Российской Федерации»
