Description:

The commoners of the Empire celebrate the death of the Emperor, as his son (a well known believer of the Simple Vows) assumes the crown at the age of 12. He immediately de-criminalizes the belief of the Simple Vows, and even allows Priests, Bishops and Apostles within the Holy Church of Aethelric to beging to integrate the teachings of The Simple Vows. He orders all of the leaders of the faith to find the truth and common ground of The Vows, and to re-write the Book of Aethelric to incorporate The Simple Vows.

Over the next several generations, the Clergy slowly integrates less and less of the Simple Vows of Medric to sermons, and more and more leaning on "the faith" and "god", but based upon the original Simple Vows. The Book of Athelric is slowly shifted from preaching "loyalty and faith to the Emperor" to "loyalty and faith in the CHURCH" first. This begins the slow power creep of The Holy Church in the Empire.
