Riley is at a work’s do and Sam catches his dad having sex with another woman in their bed. Sam watches and Benjamin catches him. Tells him not to tell Riley.

Sam keeps him mouth shut until Christmas Day when he blurts it out at the dinner table in front of everyone. Fighting, arguing, even James, Simon and Joe getting involved while Sam sits in the carnage eating his food. Alex tells him he’s a cunt. Sam just sits passive while it all goes down.

Benjamin leaves, everyone, including Riley, is angry with Sam. Sam simply tells her that Benjamin also broke his nose. This seems to change Riley’s tune but she’s still indifferent with him. But Sam has stopped caring as much. Even stops comfort eating, too numb to eat.
