It’s main terms were:
→ French fishing rights around Newfoundland were exchanged for territorial compensation in West Africa.
→ Siam was divided into two zones of influence.
→ A condominium (joint control of a territory by two states) was set up in New Hebrides.
→ France would not interfere with british plans for financial reform in Egypt and the establishment of a protectorate at a future date.
→ Britain would recognise France’s right to maintain law and order in Morocco and to set up a protectorate at a future date.
