Description:

- 2 rival chariot team supporters
- at hippodrome
- chants turned from blue, green to nika (victory)
- forces then join and start a riot against Justinian
- Justinian wants to escape but Theodora tells him to confront the rioters
- gives blue some gold, says "we've always liked you better" and then says "btw the general you elected is a green"
- blue leaves stadium and then Justinian's forces quells the rebellion
- much of Constantinople needs to be rebuilt
- capital is moved to Ravenna
