"Pizza" had existed before but Rafaelle Esposito decided he could make one different from the rest. He came up with the idea of adding cheese on top of Pizza. He added tomato sauce underneath the cheese later on. He was once called to make a pizza for King Umberto and Queen Margherita. He made it with basil, cheese, and tomato sauce to represent the flag of Italy. To this day, that kind of pizza is still known as the "Margherita Pizza".Ajouté au bande de temps:
