Description:

EX-1 and EX-2 investigate the last known coordinates of the S.S. Valiant.

It is determined that the S.S. Valiant crew neglected to engage power shunts before engaging her warp engines. The overload, coupled with the engagement of 2 engines in her port nacelle caused her warp bubble to "snap", destroying most of the ship.

Debris equaling the entire mass of the ship were not located, causing some authorities to believe the primary hull survived, being thrown from our area of space entirely.

All extra solar travel is suspended pending investigative summary.
