Given recent ERCP with sphincterotomy and known pancreatic mass, c/f intra-abdominal source of infection. Etiologies of hypotension could include sepsis (more likely given fever and recent proceduralization)… Started broad spectrum abx (cefepime/flagyl)-Started very gentle IVF given HF (500cc over 2 hours)”.
