0125-RN received text from patient stating that he had been in an argument with fiancé and she "had a nasty freakout" and he would like RN to come give him "some fuckin' knockout yum, yum. RN instructed patient to take prn Neurontin 300 mg prn and Seroquel 50mg and that RN was on her way over.Source:
