Description:
Maximilien Robespierre was a French lawyer and one of the best known and most influential figures associated with the Reign of Terror. Robespierre was the leading member of the Committee of Public Safety and encouraged the execution. Anyone to oppose Robespierre's idealism was murdered generally by the guillotine. Robespierre later moved to Danton and was accused of corruption, and was then executed on July 28th.
