WayV (威神V) is a boy group based in China. The subunit is the fourth of NCT, the first subunit to debut outside of South Korea and the second territorial subunit. They officially debuted on January 17, 2019.On May 10, 2023, SM Entertainment released a statement declaring that he will no longer be a part of NCT or WayV and plans to pursue his own individual projects.
