1 janv. 11500 av. J.-C. - Late Pleistocene Aegean Pygmy Elephants/Mammoths

Description:

These would likely have been extinct well before a civilization identifiable with Minoans were present. With that in mind, what is interesting in comparison to the Greek stories of cyclopi likely referencing the elephant skulls found, it could be wondered if the original Cretan settlers did not recognize the skulls and properly identify them as elephants instead of coexisting with them.
