1 janv. 1928 - First Five-Year Plan Begins

Description:

Five-year plans use quotas to plan economic growth of shorter periods of time. Two of these plans were used by Joseph Stalin. In both plans, the goal was to further industrial growth and to collectivise agriculture. This collectivization lead to deadly famines.
