Rigo Aguilar approaches the Albión Department of Security after the rampage and death of Costas Oudine. Aguilar reveals that Oudine was one of the children born from Enfield's illegal experiments in the 80s, and that there could be up to 100 other similarly enhanced individuals in the world. Veronica Coyle is assigned to the file, and to determine if there is value to Albión to locate these children.
