Description:
A secret agreement signed between the Spanish Empire and the French Republic in which Spain agrees to give the Louisiana territory to France in exchange for territories in Tuscany. In order to continue to confound the Americans, the Spanish continue to promote the Gulf region as an immigration point for European Catholics. A transfer of power to France is set for November 30, 1803
