10 févr. 1967 - 25th Amendment
Description:
This Amendment allowed the Vice President to fill in the Presidents spot if he were to be removed, resigned or because of death. Back then it was never really clear in the Constitution that the VP would take over for the president. So the 25th amendment clarified that a successor to the presidency was designated as a president of the US and included rules for filling the office of VP.
