23 janv. 1933 - 20th Amendment
Description:
The 20th amendment is a simple amendment that sets the dates at which federal (United States) government elected offices end. The newly elected president wouldn't take office until four months later from the time he was elected (due to lack of transportation) So this amendment shortened the time between elections and inaugurations (take office Jan. 20th)
