Lowe Bell has Stephen Sherbourne on the Tories account, but for the first time in years, Bell takes a back seat.

One thing Bell does take credit for is helping in the rise of John Taylor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Taylor,_Baron_Taylor_of_Warwick), brought on "to show the party was no longer made up of old white males. Lowe Bell "hired" Taylor to provide him with a source of income during his campaigning.
