4 mai 1992 - Siege of Goražde May 4 1992. RS forces bombed this city which angered the minister of the city who turned against Serbian civilians in Goražde, killing hundreds of women and children, using their bodies as human shields. This was ignored by UN personnels. As UN forces were present, they were able to fight back against the RS, Goražde remained free from the RS military. This massacre resulted in 511 casualties.
