The puppet Jester Twinkle has been created. They may lack emotions, but are sentient and capable of learning. Especially cooking.

Damn, they make a mean choc-chip cookie.
And just about everything else.

They were programmed to be an excellent chef a little while after coming into existence and were handed dozens of cookbooks illustrating dishes from around the world.

Their creator was unknown but suspected to be a wealthy pureblood-

-or would've been if anyone was aware that they weren't human.

They tend to go by male pronouns when in new places but anyone in the know refers to them as...well...them.

They don't really care what they're referred to as (e.g. a couple people have referred to them as a female and the students and staff at Hogwarts call them a him) and just goes with a flow.

They consider themselves to be agender.
