Lucithia goes on a trip to Romania with her family. She, on one of her late night walks, encounters a pale skinned boy. He seems to enjoy wearing hats.

The two become besties over the next three weeks. She even meets some of his relatives and gather that they may be some kind of muggle mobility from their clothing.

The fact that she doesn't notice that he is a vampire is hilarious as it's pretty obvious tot he point where even Draco may be able to tell.

His name is Alexandros Serafino Arian-Lorcan. Fancy name for a fancy vampire.
