Lucithia begins her heiress education by her choice. This usually begins later in life (or more likely after they come of age/get their wand) outside of the usual conditioning and 'these are your lackeys/friends'.

Her parents are initially concerned about her losing out on a childhood and do their best to accommodate her wants but have finally caved and got her a few tutors. she has 4-6h of class a day, though they increase gradually to 10 (Nov 1981) much to the concern of her parents who just want her to relax. They ask if she wants to limit the time every few months as they're worried she's working too hard but she's admant that she is to continue (so that Draco will have a dependable role model growing up).
