The Inner Circle meets to discuss the impact of the Y2K attacks on their plans. Shaw maintains that the only thing it does is make things easier. Their own planned attack in the middle of the decade will be unnecessary, and they can accelerate from planning a run at the 2016 election to the 2008 election.
