Description:
Held at Buckingham Palace to defuse the Ulster Crisis. Both sides agreed to consider having Ireland partitioned between the Catholic South, which would be granted home rule, and the Protestant North, which would remain part of the UK. Due to the beginning of War, it was agreed it would be suspended for the duration of War.
