French Recovery Plan: Of the 11.5b€ allocated to transport, 4.7b€ are directly dedicated to the revival and development of rail, including 250m€ specifically for the renovation of the rail freight network + French Finance Bill 2021 (Projet Loi Finance PLF2021): 170m€/year in additional support for rail freight (reduce rail tolls by half by 2021, support combined transport and single wagon load, creation of 3 new rail highways).
