However, the primitive green elves are happy to exist as small, scattered tribes, and they worship the Faerie gods (not the Seldarine), while one tribe, the Ilythiiri negotiates with the dragons. The Ilythiiri develop a small, southern kingdom, and found the capital, Atorrnash.
