19 juill. 1861 - George B. McClellan - North
Description:
Had command of the Army of the Potomac, a major Union force. Dubbed "Young Napoleon". He was very cautious and always inferred that he would be outnumbered. He procrastinated advancing to Richmond until Lincoln issued orders to advance. He led the Peninsula Campaign in 1862 which the Union would lose. If he had suceeded in taking Richmond, it would've ended the war in mid-1862.
