As his first act as President, David Wu issues an Executive Order to cancel the Sentinel Program and orders the Justice Department to stop enforcing the SRA. Likewise, the Thunderbolts are ordered disbanded and SWORD is deconstructed. The decision is made, originally by Steve Rogers, to dismantle the hyper secretive community that SHIELD and SWORD had operated under, and commission a new, more transparent Department of National Intelligence. Abigail Brand is coaxed out of retirement to serve as the Director of the DNI.
