Description:

Howard Stark forces a meeting, after being rebuffed, with Wakandan King T'Chaka at the African Unity conference in Kinshasa, DRC. He suggests that times are changing, and for their children, they deserve to hep build a better world. Stark proposes a plan by which all production of Vibranium reactor coils will be manufactured in Wakanda, which Stark will have the exclusive rights to purchase, thus allowing Wakanda to enter the global economy.
