Nations with territory in the Arctic developed the Arctic EnvironmentalProtection Strategy to protect, enhance, and restore the Arctic ecosystems. A non-binding agreement between the 8 Arctic States and Indigenous peoples organizations representing Inuit, Sami, and Russian Indigenous peoples.
