Adrian Toomes is part of a private cleanup group hired by New York City officials. The Department of Damage Control shuts down his operation, leaving him and his crew out of jobs. In desperation, he steals Chitauri tech and learns how to infuse it with Human technology and sells these hybrid weapons on the black market.
