28 mars 1774 - Coercive Acts of 1774

Description:

the Coercive Acts were a series of multiple acts set by British parliament in direct response to the Boston tea party. They were a series of extremely strict restrictions for the colonists. They included the The Boston Port Act, The Massachusetts Government Act, Administration of Justice Act, Quartering Act, and the the Quebec Act. These acts simply could not all be followed. Real action needed to happen, this is when the first continental congress was formed.
