The ACLU are based in New York. Therefore Johnny Depp, once he had filed the subpoenas in Fairfax Virginia, then had to serve them via the New York court. Any objections, opposition, motions to compel etc were then under the jurisdiction of the New York Court so any decisions came from a judge sitting on the New York bench albeit with many of the VA rulings, orders, agreements and opinion letters etc etc referred to in any NY decision taken.Ajouté au bande de temps:
