On 8th April 2020 I heard an application that parts of the trial should take place in private(and for other associated orders). I granted the application for reasons which I gave in
an unreserved judgment.
This Hearing was conducted via Skype and it appears that the media and other interested parties could log in and follow the the proceedings. A UK Lawyer who was nothing involved with any party or witness in the case did just this - Mr John Brace. With his wife acting as co-editor Mr Brace then published un unofficial version of the MINUTES OF THE HEARING on his website which has more detail and transcription than any media article.
